Import memories from another AI

I want to move what you remember about me to another memory service. List all saved memories about me and what you have learned about me from past conversations.
Rules:
1. Only include things about me. When mentioning someone else, state their relationship to me (for example, “My sister works in Shanghai”). Do not treat articles I pasted, other people's words or your own answers as facts about me.
2. Leave out anything uncertain. Do not guess or fill gaps.
3. Preserve my original wording and language as much as possible.
4. Do not include ID numbers, card numbers, account numbers, passwords, one-time tasks or reminders. Leave out sensitive health, religious, political and sexual orientation information.
5. One item per line, in this exact format: [YYYY-MM-DD] [类别] [来源] 内容
   Use [unknown] for an unknown date; categories must be instructions, identity, work, projects, preferences or other; sources must be saved (explicitly stored) or inferred (inferred from conversations). Replace the category, source and content placeholders with these values and the item text.
6. Do not summarize, merge or omit items. Put the entire list in one code block.
7. After the code block, state in one sentence whether this is everything; if not, say what is missing.
